Free Standard Shipping
FitGear Mini offers free standard shipping on all orders within the continental United States. No minimum order amount required.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

All delivery times are estimates based on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days are processed the same day.
Order Processing
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. During peak periods (Black Friday, holiday season), processing may take up to 3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also check your order status by logging into your account dashboard. If you checked out as a guest, use the tracking number in the shipping confirmation email on the carrier’s website.
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states
- P.O. boxes may experience longer delivery times
- Alaska and Hawaii orders may require additional shipping time (7-14 business days for standard)
- International shipping is not currently available but is being evaluated
Large or Heavy Items
Some items such as weight benches, heavier dumbbell sets, and cardio machines may ship via freight carrier. These items will have delivery time estimates on the product page. Freight deliveries are scheduled and you will be contacted by the carrier to arrange a delivery window.
