At FitGear Mini, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If any product does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • Within 30 days of the delivery date
  • In its original packaging with all included accessories and documentation
  • Unused or in the same condition as when you received it (minor inspection is permitted)
  • Not a final-sale or clearance item (these are marked on the product page)

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] or visit our contact page with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive Return Authorization: We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions within 1-2 business days.
  3. Ship the Item: Pack the product securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
  4. Receive Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be applied to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product for a different size, color, or model, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange the exchange at no additional shipping cost for the first exchange on any order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund including return shipping costs.

Refund Processing

  • Credit Card: 5-10 business days after return is processed
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after return is processed
  • Store Credit: Immediate upon return approval (available on request)

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened: resistance bands that have been stretched or used, yoga mats that have been unrolled and used, and any product with visible signs of use or wear.
